Sign in to Numerint with your existing Xero credentials and export all of your accounting data and attached files with the click of a button. This includes files attached to all of the types listed here.
Personalised
Numerint exports accounting data for a fixed price and provides a quote depending on the number of file attachments to be downloaded. Use filters to be more selective such as limiting the date range or the types you want.
Compatible
Your Xero file attachments will be downloaded in their original format (e.g. PDF, JPG) and the associated data will be downloaded as both raw JSON and a nicely organised Excel workbook.

Large firms and accounting practices can have hundreds of Xero subscriptions, millions of records and tens of thousands of files. Numerint supports regular backups, task workflows, bulk migrations, or consolidation. Get in touch for a customised solution or volume discount.

*Note that when Xero generates Customer Invoices it does NOT store them as attachments. Therefore they won't appear in your downloads unless you have manually attached them. The data file will include the summary invoice data and will indicate if there are any attachments or not.
Filter Feature
Filters
Filters allow you to control the files you wish to backup. For example, you may wish to limit your export to a specific date range. By default, all files are downloaded (as detailed here). Altering the filters changes the number of attachments and the price as seen in the video on the left.
